The Court of Appeal at Mombasa is located at the Old Court Building. The current Presiding Judge is Lady Justice Agnes Murgor. The other Judges are Dr. Kibaya Laibuta and George Odunga. The Court serves Malindi sub registry where it circuits as per the workplan.

The Deputy Registrar is Hon. Harrison Adika and currently the number of Judicial staff in both Mombasa and Malindi stands at twenty-three (23).
