The Court of Appeal at Kisumu is located at the Kisumu Law Courts’ building. The current Presiding Judge is Lady Justice Hannah Okwengu. The other Judges are Hellen Omondi and (Prof) Joel Ngugi. The Court serves Kisii, Kakamega and Busia sub registries where it circuits as per the workplan.

The Deputy Registrar is Hon. Elias Ngugi and currently the number of Judicial staff in Kisumu stands at twenty-four (24).
