The Court of Appeal in Eldoret operates from the Eldoret Law Courts’ Building. The station currently does not have a resident bench. Instead, it receives assistance from the Nakuru bench, which visits Eldoret on circuit basis according to the Court’s work plan.

The Deputy Registrar at Eldoret is Hon. Maureen Kesse, and the current complement of judicial staff is six (6).
