The Court of Appeal at Nairobi is located at the Supreme Court building. The President of the Court Justice Daniel Musinga sits at Nairobi. The Station has the Criminal and Civil divisions, with Justices Patrick Kiage and Gatembu Kairu heading the divisions respectively. There are 4 permanent benches and this station serves Garissa sub registry in this station. The other Judges in Nairobi are: Justices Mohamed Warsame, Asike Makhandia, Kathurima M’Inoti, S.
